A Fulton County man has been arrested after a visit from the Department of Community Corrections. 76-year-old David Pardue was arrested after a four-gallon bag of a leafy green substance, scales, two pipes, and other paraphernalia. Pardue faces charges of possession of a Schedule 6 controlled substance to deliver more than four ounces, less than 25 pounds, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Pardue is also charged as a habitual offender. Bond was set at $5,000
