Another inmate has died at the South Central Correctional Facility in Licking. Tuesday, The Missouri Department of Corrections announced that 70-year-old Johnnie Sterling died Sunday night at 9:21. Sterling was serving multiple life sentences. Sterling has been at the prison in Licking since October 4th.
