A Marion County man has been arrested for sex crimes involving children.79-year-old Clarence Leroy Smith of Yellville was arrested for rape, sexual assault, sexually grooming a child, and traveling for an unlawful sex act with a minor. Smith is being held in the Marion County Detention Center on a $175,000 bond.
