A Texas County man was arrested in Phelps County Wednesday morning. 34-year-old Travis Dooley of Licking was arrested on a felony warrant for probation violation, possession of a controlled substance, false impersonation, and traffic violations. He was taken to the Phelps County Jail and placed on a 24-hour hold.
