A man from Houston Missouri has been arrested after a high-speed chase. 53-year-old Stanley Smith is charged with two counts of first-degree degree assault- serious physical injury or special victim, first-degree property damage, driving while revoked, and resisting arrest by fleeing. He also faces misdemeanor traffic charges. Smith is being held without bond in Texas County jail.
