28-year-old Tyler Dwayne Sutterfield was arrested on charges of felony possession of a controlled substance, and misdemeanor charges of possession of a controlled substance, driving while license suspended or revoked, and non-payment of fines. He was taken to the Baxter County Detention Center and his bond was set at $3,385.
