FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. – True freshman Colin Fisher’s collegiate debut could not have gone any better.
The left-hander capped off the Razorbacks’ Opening Weekend with five shutout innings and four strikeouts to lead the No. 2 Arkansas baseball team (3-1) to a 4-0 series-clinching win against James Madison (1-3) on Monday afternoon at Baum-Walker Stadium.
The Razorbacks hit the road this weekend, traveling to Arlington, Texas, to participate in the Kubota College Baseball Series at Globe Life Field. Arkansas will first take on No. 7 Oregon State at 7 p.m. Friday on FloBaseball.
