On Wednesday the Douglas County Sheriff’s Department announced the arrest of three men in the death of a woman in 1989. Bobby Lee Banks, Willy Belt, and Leonard Banks were all arrested for the murder of 25-year-old Kelly Ann Workman. Workman’s body was found in Christian County The three men are charged with first-degree murder, kidnapping, and forcible rape.
