A man from Dixon was injured in a motorcycle accident Sunday in Texas County. 40-year-old Chamberlain Wolfe suffered serious injuries when he drove into the path of another vehicle. Wolfe was flown to Mercy Hospital in Springfield. The accident happened on Highway 17, one mile north of Success.
A man from Roby was injured in an accident Friday afternoon west of Plato. The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports that 90-year-old Carrol Earp suffered serious injuries when he pulled into the path of a pickup driven by 38-year-old Allen Utley of Falcon Missouri. Earp was flown to Cox South in Springfield. The accident happened on Highway 32, two miles west of Plato.
Two people were injured in a two-vehicle accident Friday south of Viola. 39-year-old Dustin Knowles of Moody and 25-year-old Terry Smith of Pineville were both injured when Knowles lost control of the truck he was driving and hit the truck that Smith was driving. The accident happened on Highway 223, south of Viola. Both Smith and Knowles were taken to Baxter Health for treatment of their injuries.
A teen from Hartville was injured in an accident west of Hartville on Friday. 19-year-old Jerra Cureton suffered minor injuries when she drove off the road and overturned the car she was driving. Cureton was taken to Cox South in Springfield. The accident happened on Missouri 38, three miles west of Hartville.
