North Arkansas Electric Cooperative members served by the Pineville and Brockwell substations will experience a brief outage Thursday night. The planned outage will begin around 10:30 p.m. and last approximately five minutes. It is necessary so that personnel safely can replace a cross-arm and insulator on the transmission line. A total of 3,140 members will be affected.
