No ticket matched all six numbers drawn in the Mega Millions Tuesday night, which means the estimated jackpot for Friday’s drawing will surpass $600 million for just the eighth time in the lottery’s history.
Mega Millions said that there have been more than 15 million winning tickets at all non-jackpot prize levels, ranging from $2 up to $4 million, during the current jackpot run. These include 26 prizes of $1 million or more.
The top prize has been growing since it was last won with two tickets in California on Dec. 8,
