44-year-old Heather Boswell was charged with third-degree domestic assault but after an investigation, she was also charged with arson after allegedly setting a home on fire on West Olden Street on February 23rd. Boswell is being held on a $50,000 bond and has entered a not-guilty plea. She will be in court on March 19th.
