A search based on the positive K9 alert and several items of drug paraphernalia, methamphetamine, psilocybin mushrooms, and an illegal firearm was seized. Shannon Collins and Tara Harbison were placed under arrest and transported to the Howell County Adult Detention Center where they are both being held on a probation violation. Formal charges of unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, unlawful possession of a firearm, and possession of a controlled substance are pending.
