39-year-old Candice Westcot of Hernando Mississippi suffered serious injuries and 25-year-old Austin Richardson of Columbia Missouri suffered moderate injuries when Westcot failed to stop at a stop sign and hit the vehicle that Richardson was driving. Westcot was taken to Baxter Health in Mountain Home and Richardson was taken to Ozarks Healthcare in West Plains. The accident happened on Highway 17 at Highway 142.
