A warrant has been issued for a man in Fulton County, accused of selling property that did not belong to him. 51-year-old David Lange is charged with felony theft of property. Lange allegedly sold land in Cherokee Village. Lange reportedly requested a down payment of $58,000, and the money was wired on Dec. 8 to an account titled Fonce Chevalier Holdings, LLC. A check of court records in Minnesota indicates Lange has been convicted multiple times of theft by swindling using the same practices. The bond for Lange will be set at $58,000.
