A Mountain Home woman and her two children were killed in an accident at Lake Norfork. 23-year-old Savannah Burton, 7-year-old Londyn Cooney, and 6-month-old Sydney Steele were all killed, and 2-year-old Paris Cooney was injured and flown to Mercy Hospital in Springfield. Authorities say that Burton’s vehicle left Highway 201 near Pigeon Creek bridge and went into Lake Norfork. The accident happened around noon on Wednesday. A GoFundMe account has been set up to help with funeral and medical expenses.
