Three people have been arrested in Independence County for breaking into vehicles. 27-year-old Otis Gifford Bailey, 19-year-old Devon Harper, and 19-year-old Maurillo Leon, all of Batesville were arrested after authorities received reports of 19 break-ins. All three are being held in the Independence County Detention Center, awaiting the filing of formal charges.
