Earlier today, United Country Real Estate in Thayer announced they had brokered a deal for the sale of the Old River Country Property in Thayer. ECNN Talked to Kevin Grooms at United Country about it
We also talked to Micaih McRae with Master’s Timber Frame and Construction about the new building.
We asked him about the Old River Country building currently on the property.
Mr. McRae said they would break ground on the project on March 25th
The construction of the sports complex will be undertaken by Master’s Timber Frame and Construction in partnership with Ozarks Contracting Solutions, LLC. Their expertise and dedication to quality craftsmanship ensure that the facility will be built to the highest standards, meeting the needs and expectations of Thayer residents.
