A man from Thayer was arrested on an Oregon County warrant 44-year-old Joseph Ray Sacra was arrested on a Missouri probation and parole warrant with no bond. He was also arrested on an Oregon County warrant for three counts of felony second-degree assault special victim, four counts of felony armed criminal action, and unlawful use of a weapon. The bond was set at $75,000. Sacra was arrested by Thayer Police and then transported to Dent County.
