Arkansas State’s leading scorer Izzy Higgenbottom entered the Transfer Portal earlier this week and on Tuesday she announced that she will sign to play at Arkansas next season. Higgenbottom led ASU with 20 points a game and scored over 1,000 points in two years at ASU.
