Five people were injured in an accident north of Brandsville on Tuesday. The highway Patrol says that 30-year-old Allie Dudgeon of Milton Freewater Oregon drove off Highway 63 and hit a tree. An 8-year-old girl was flown from the scene to Cox South in Springfield with serious injuries. Dudgeon suffered moderate injuries, and 25-year-old Abigal Allen and two young girls all suffered minor injuries. They were all taken to Ozarks Healthcare in West Plains. The accident happened around 3:30 Tuesday morning, one mile north of Brandsville.
A 17-year-old girl from Mountain View suffered serious injuries in an accident late last night in Howell County. The teen was injured when she drove off the road and hit a tree. She was flown to Mercy Hospital in Springfield. The accident happened on Highway Y, four miles north of Mountain View.
A woman from Birch Tree was injured in an accident in Howell County on Monday. The Highway Patrol reports that 84-year-old Joan Renshaw suffered minor injuries when a pickup driven by 72-year-old Stanley Pickard of Mountain View turned into the path of the car that Renshaw was driving. Renshaw was taken to Mercy Hospital in Mountain View. The accident happened on Highway 60, a half mile east of Mountain View.
