33-year-old Dusty Allan Rhoades of Harriet Arkansas allegedly broke into a home and stole several items including a vehicle. The stolen vehicle was discovered at a Dollar General in Marion County. Rhoades was arrested and has been charged with felony residential burglary, felony theft of property, felony theft by receiving, two counts of felony breaking or entering and he is charged as a habitual offender. He was taken to the Marion County jail.
