The Fulton County Sheriff’s Office is reporting the arrest of a man for sexual assault of a minor. 50-year-old Richard Holstine was arrested, he is charged with twelve counts of fourth-degree sexual assault and with computer child pornography. The Arkansas State Police Crimes Against Children Division and Fulton County Sheriff’s Office began the investigation into the incidents in 2023. They say no further information is being released at this time.
