Beginning Today, portions of certain West Plains downtown streets will be temporarily closed in preparation for the Party in the Path, a four-day Solar Eclipse Celebration.
Closures are planned for the intersections of Cass Avenue at Washington Avenue and Dixon Street at Washington Avenue. This effort is to increase pedestrian safety between the parking lots and storefronts on Washington Avenue.
In coordination with MSU-West Plains, an additional temporary closure is planned for Garfield Avenue between West Main Street and Cass Avenue.
