69-year-old Mark Selvocki was reported standing and fishing in the river near Rainbow Resort. He was found by a boat and was unconscious. They called 9-1-1. The investigation is being conducted by the Arkansas Game and Fish Commission and Baxter County Sheriff’s Office. No foul play is suspected.
