The highway Patrol reports that 21-year-old Emily Chipman and 22-year-old Martin Nikolaus both of Colorado Springs Colorado and 40-year-old Teresa Chipman of Plato Missouri all suffered serious injuries and 56-year-old Angelique Blain of Success Missouri suffered moderate injuries, when Blain while traveling too fast, lost control and overturned the vehicle. Emily Chipman was flown to Mercy Hospital in Springfield the rest of the injured were taken by ambulance to Mercy Hospital. The accident happened on Highway AP, two miles south of Roby.
