The Baxter County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of two women on felony theft charges last night. 22-year-old Kalea Jade Britt of Clarksville Arkansas and 28-year-old Makayla Mckanna Riffle of Harrison were both arrested for theft by receiving and parole violation. Both are being held in Baxter County on $75,000 bond.
