20-year-old Caleb Salinas and a 14-year-old boy were both injured when Salinas drove off the road, struck a ditch and overturned. The juvenile was taken to Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center and Salinas was flown to Regional One Health in Memphis. Salinas was also charged with Felony serious physical injury, Careless and imprudent driving resulting in a crash, failure to secure a child under 16 in a seatbelt, and several other traffic violations.
