A West Plains man was arrested after breaking into a home and rubbing a woman’s foot without permission. 59-year-old Ronald Masterson is being charged with felony first-degree burglary. The incident happened on March 27th when Masterson entered the home through a closed door, rubbed the woman’s foot ate her food without consent, and told her he would be back. Masterson was released from custody on a $10,000 bond. A preliminary hearing is set for May 21
