A West Plains woman faces multiple charges of statutory sodomy.
According to missouricase.net, Ashlea Pendergrass performed various sex acts on a 14-year-old male while he was under her care during a sleepover in the Ridgewood Place area. The male, now 16, reported the incident in January of this year.
Pendergrass left the state before she could be interviewed about the incident. When the warrant was issued, bond was set at $100,000 cash or corporate surety. A hearing concerning the matter is scheduled for June 6th.
