According to reports, 41-year-old Gary Cope Jr. allegedly sexually assaulted a family member under the age of 17. When Cope was confronted by a deputy he allegedly admitted to the assault with the admission caught on the deputy’s body cam. Cope is charged with two counts of attempted sodomy, two counts of incest, and one count of second-degree child molestation. Cope was arrested on April 10th and released on April 11th on a $250,000 bond.
