The Ozark County Sheriff’s office reports the arrest of a man from Udall on rape charges. The Sheriff’s Department investigated a report of a rape. During the investigation, information was collected to seek a search warrant for the suspect’s residence in Udall. The warrant was granted and was served on 04/10/24 by deputies. Evidence was collected as well as narcotics and drug paraphernalia. Jerry Parks was arrested and booked for Rape 1st Degree and Possession.
