63-year-old Brent Dale was arrested on a Butler County warrant for second-degree felony burglary, stealing, and possession of a controlled substance. He also faces Patrol charges for felony possession of a controlled substance meth, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, failure to drive on the right half of the roadway resulting in a crash, and no seatbelt. He was taken to the Butler County Jail and placed on a 24-hour hold.
