Friday, they arrested 32-year-old Larry Miller of Winona on charges of felony possession of a controlled substance and two counts of felony unlawful possession of a firearm. He was taken to the Shannon County Jail and placed on a 24-hour hold. Then on Saturday, they arrested 68-year-old Scotty Hand of Alton on a Lawrence County warrant for felony drugs and a Howell County warrant for felony unlawful possession of a firearm. He was taken to Howell County jail and is being held without bond.
