23-year-old Dakota McKee is charged with first-degree stalking, armed criminal action, and unlawful use of a weapon by exhibiting. McKee allegedly brandished a handgun and threatened to kill a person. The incident happened Saturday morning around 1 am in West Plains. McKee pleaded not guilty to the charges on Monday. He was being held on $25,000 bond.
