A West Plains man was arrested early Saturday morning after allegedly showing a firearm to multiple people at a bar in West Plains. 24-year-old Damian Henry is charged with felony unlawful use of a weapon by exhibiting it in a threatening manner. Henry denied he had a firearm at the bar when interviewed by police. In April of 2022, Henry was charged with first-degree murder and later acquitted. His bond was set at $50,000.
