A man from Fulton County has been arrested after allegedly threatening a man who told him his shed was on fire. 65-year-old Russell Shuh is charged with felony assault and first-degree terroristic threatening. The Probable cause affidavit states that Deputies were called to a residence on Little Gut Creek, where a man told them that he told Shuh his shed was fire and Shuh then came to his residence and pointed a gun at him saying he was going to blow his head off. Shuh left the residence when the fire department arrived to put out the fire. Shuh reportedly told authorities that he believed the man had started the fire.  Shuh posted a $10,000 bond and was released from jail. He entered a not-guilty plea and is set to go to trial in October.
