Officers conducted a traffic stop on May 5th after a vehicle drove recklessly. 66-year-old David Cooley was arrested for DWI and when officers did an inventory of the vehicle, they found approximately 8 grams of meth Cooley was placed on a 24-hour hold, and a warrant was later issued for Cooley for Possession of a Controlled Substance Methamphetamine and DWI Bond was set at $5000 cash only,
