Strong thunderstorms moved across the listening area Wednesday evening with only minor damage reported so far, but hundreds were without power for a short time, Howell County Electric Coop reported as many as 955 members had lost power at one time in Howell, Shannon, Ozark, and Douglas Counties with over 700 of those being in Shannon County. Entergy Arkansas reported 20 outages in Fulton County, 14 in Independence County, and 47 in Stone County. North Arkansas Electric reported 141 without power in Fulton County at one time last night.
