24-year-old Giva Marie Deckard was arrested and taken to the Thayer Jail on a 24-hour hold. On Wednesday an Oregon County Warrant was issued for charges of felony first-degree tampering with a motor vehicle, felony stealing a motor vehicle, and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. Her bond was set at $25,000 surety or $5,000 cash.
