A Mountain Home woman is arrested for using her phone while driving.
26-year-old Jasmine Bree Chamberlin was arrested by the Arkansas State Police around 3:46 this morning and charged with careless driving while using a communications device and DUI.
Her bond is set at $1,325 with a court date of August 29th.
