In a story just now being released to ECNN, a West Plains teen is acquitted in his rape and sodomy trial.
A 12-person jury found 18-year-old Levi Rand not guilty, following those sexual assault allegations made by another West Plains teenager, who was alleging four separate offenses that Rand’s defense team alleges were motivated by a “school girl crush on Mr. Rand jealousy toward his girlfriend,” according to a statement released by Springfield defense attorney Lacon Marie Smith.
