A West Plains man, already charged with five counts of child pornography possession in Nebraska has been issued a summons to appear in 37th Circuit Court before Judge Steven Privette on June 7. However, that summons was returned undeliverable.
35-year-old Adam Gibbs waived extradition from Nebraska, pledging that he was returning to Missouri on his own for an April 9 hearing, accompanied by an official, according to records. Initially held on a $75,000 bond, there are no records showing how he was released from custody or how his bond was posted.
