A West Plains man faces charges for allegedly hitting an elderly family member with a baseball bat and then preventing healthcare workers from visiting the man’s home. 43-year-old Timmy Frazier faces charges of first-degree domestic assault resulting in serious physical injury, and armed criminal action. Frazier pled not guilty to the charges during his arraignment and remains in jail. Bond set at $50,000.
