Judge Tim Weaver sentenced 41-year-old Terry Johnson Jr. Johnson entered a negotiated plea of guilty to 55 counts of distributing, possessing, and viewing child sexual abuse material. Arkansas State Police received a tip in April 2023 from Verizon that Johnson had violated its terms and conditions by “uploading three images that contained child sexual abuse material. Investigators searched Johnson’s cell phone and reported finding numerous child sexual abuse images and Google searches.
