36-year-old Dale Anthony Malcevicz is charged with four counts of felony possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance schedule 1 or 2, meth or cocaine, failure to present proof of insurance, failure to show proof of ownership, and non-payment of fines. He was booked into the Baxter County Detention Center with a bond set at $3,100.
