A Douglas County man is in jail following DUI charges.
According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, 55-year-old Dale Broyles was pulled over for speeding, resulting in officers discovering Broyles was driving under the influence. He was arrested and placed on a 24-hour-old for those charges as well as failure to register a motor vehicle. Broyles is being held in the Douglas County jail.
