24-year-old Roger Counts was arrested for second-degree domestic assault, third-degree assault special victim, and resisting arrest for a felony. During his arrest Counts allegedly hit a deputy in the face with his elbow. Counts is being held in the Texas County Jail pending a $5,000 cash-only bond.
