87-year-old Geraldine Azil of Ash Flat was killed and 89-year-old Billy Azil of Ash Flat and 42-year-old Brent Figgins of Cherokee Village were both injured when Figgins attempted to make a turn from Highway 62/412 onto Highway 175 and was hit by the vehicle that Billy Azil was driving. Billy Azil and Brent Figgins were taken to the White River Medical Complex in Cherokee Village.
