Deputies responded to Texas County Memorial Hospital early Saturday morning to speak with a victim of an assault. The victim told deputies that the assault happened on Forest Drive in Houston and that 53-year-old Tina Dow had assaulted her. The victim said that Dow struck her several times with a broom. The deputies then went to the residence on Forest Drive and a witness told them a similar story. Deputies located Dow and when she was told that she was under arrest she physically resisted. Dow was arrested and charged with second-degree domestic assault and resisting arrest for a felony. She was taken to the Texas County Jail and her bond was set at $3,000
